Where is my tracking Information?

Once orders are shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Orders ship 2-3 days after placing an order. Track your order using the Trackdog website and your tracking number for the most accurate updates on your order. If you did not receive a shipment confirmation please check your spam, promotional, and social folders. you may also try searching Chiggate in your inbox. If you still cannot find your tracking number please email customer service.



How long does shipping take?

Please check Shipping Policy for more information. Our processing time ranges from 2-3 business days. Items ship in 18-25 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on region. Shipping within the U.S. are $8.00 standard shipping and any order over $28.00 qualifies for free shipping. For other rates please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Will you ship internationally?

We are not able to ship to most countries outside of the US at this time.

Will I be charged Duty or taxes?

No additional duty charges will be applied to orders within the US. Prices displayed on international orders do not reflect the potential taxes and duties that it may be subjected to. Please be aware that payment for such duties will be made upon delivery and will not be the responsibility of Chiggate.

Local and state sales tax may apply to orders in the United States. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Due to recent BREXIT updates there may be taxes applied to residents living in Europe. We are currently evaluating the policy and will update the website soon.

What if my package is returned to sender?

For packages returned to sender, we require a separate shipping charge to send the package again. We highly recommend using an alternate address for the re-shipment if the return to sender cause was not due to an incorrect address. All items will be reshipped after we receive them back at our facility. You can pay for reshipment using this link: link

What if my order is marked delivered but I have not received it? 

If your tracking shows delivered, but the package cannot be found, we suggest checking the order address for any typos. If the address is correct, please check with neighbors or wait another 2-3 business days as packages can mistakenly be marked as delivered by the courier. In the event that a package is still missing after 3 business days, please contact customer service. They will give you details on how to contact your local post office or relevant carrier office, depending on which carrier is handling your package.


How do I return my order?

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of delivery.......

How can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are unhappy with your items you must return them.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed. It may take up to 21 days for your credit card statement to reflect the refund amount. however most customers see the refund posted within 7 days. We will email you as soon as we issue your store credit refund.


Defective/Damaged Items

My item has a tear.

For small rips or faulty seams we may issue you a discount code or if you return the item to us we will be able to provide a full refund for in store credit.
